  We've stayed in several self catering holiday accommodations over the years but this beats the lot of them hands down.
The cottage is so well-equipped there is nothing you need... read more take with you. The standard of cleanliness is excellent and the beds are comfy! We were a party of four adults and didn't feel cramped, although the living room and kitchen are cosy.
The enclosed rear garden is doggy heaven and totally safe.
It's an easy drive to the coast, and the gorgeous villages are well worth a visit. The town of Kirkbymoorside itself has lots of independent shops and the George and Dragon pub does lovely meals.
Safety rules during the pandemic were followed wherever we went.
All in all, a brilliant holiday! Thank you Tina.

  We have just returned from a weeks Easter holiday staying in this charming cottage. It was like home from home. While cosy, there was plenty of room for my wife... read more and I and our teenage children and Maddie the dog!

The cottage is well catered for and beautifully presented. The small rear yard, while not used much because of the rain(!) is also enclosed and secure.

The cottage is located in the heart of Kirkbymoorside which is served with a range of small shops. Co-op and Spar supermarkets are a couple of minutes walk away.

We had day trips out onto the North York Moors as well as to Flamingo Land, Helmsley, Pickering and Fountains Abbey.

Tina was great with communication and always willing to help.

We loved our time here and will definitely consider another visit to this beautiful part of the country.
